Uodix Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Uodix, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. The service is not offered to users under 18.

2. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Uodix for your personal, lawful use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with applicable platform rules.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, modify, create derivative works from, resell, lease, rent, lend, sublicense, exploit, or otherwise misuse any part of the service except as allowed by law or by our prior written permission.

3. Accounts, Credentials, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep your information current, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use, security incidents, or suspected compromise.

You may not share accounts in a way that violates these terms, evade enforcement actions, create accounts through unauthorized automation, or use the service in a deceptive or abusive manner.

4. User-Generated Content and Conduct Rules

If Uodix allows posting, messaging, uploading, profile creation, commenting, note sharing, or similar activity, you remain responsible for the content you create, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available. You must have all rights, permissions, and lawful authority necessary for your content and conduct.

4.1 Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not create, upload, post, send, display, promote, request, distribute, or facilitate content or conduct involving any of the following:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, obscene, fetishized, or nudity-focused content, including sexual solicitation or sexual services.
• Any sexual content involving minors, youth sexualization, grooming, exploitation, or any non-consensual intimate material.
• Disturbing, graphic, disgusting, shocking, cruel, degrading, or intentionally upsetting content likely to cause serious discomfort.
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, casino-style promotion, prize manipulation, or unauthorized wagering activity.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug trafficking, drug use instructions, or promotion of drug abuse.
• Political discrimination, political intimidation, extremist promotion, discriminatory targeting, or abusive conduct directed at a person or group based on political belief or other protected characteristics.
• Hate speech, hateful symbols, slurs, discriminatory abuse, harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, coercion, doxxing, or incitement of violence.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, malware, spam, deceptive practices, unauthorized advertising, or manipulation of other users.
• Illegal content, criminal facilitation, privacy violations, unauthorized disclosure of personal data, intellectual property infringement, or violations of publicity or image rights.
• Any use of the service that is abusive, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or inconsistent with these terms or the intended purpose of the app.

4.2 Content License to Us

To operate and moderate the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, transmit, and use your content only as necessary to provide, secure, improve, moderate, and enforce the service and these terms. This license ends within a commercially reasonable time after your content is deleted from the service, except to the extent retention is required for backup, legal, evidentiary, safety, or abuse-prevention purposes.

5. Filtering, Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

To protect users and comply with platform expectations, Uodix may use a combination of proactive filtering, automated detection, user reporting tools, account blocking tools, and human moderation review.

Users may be able to report offensive content, block abusive users, and submit appeals or safety complaints. We may investigate reports and take action that includes refusing publication, removing content, limiting reach, muting features, restricting accounts, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, preserving records, and reporting matters to relevant authorities where appropriate.

We may act before, during, or after publication of content if we reasonably believe action is necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or maintain the integrity of the service. We are not required to publish or keep any content on the service.

6. Apple App Store In-App Purchases

Where Uodix offers paid digital content, digital features, or digital access, those purchases are offered only through Apple App Store in-app purchase on iOS. No external website payment, direct transfer, third-party checkout, or alternative in-app payment method is offered for iOS digital goods or digital functionality.

Before you confirm a purchase, Apple displays the applicable product information and price through the App Store purchase flow. Billing, taxes where applicable, payment authorization, refunds, subscription controls, and other purchase management functions are handled through Apple and your App Store account.

Any purchased digital item, credit, token, or feature is licensed, not sold, for use only within the service unless expressly stated otherwise. Digital items have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable except as required by law, and may be revoked or adjusted if granted in error, obtained fraudulently, or used in violation of these terms.

If a purchase is designated as non-consumable or restorable under Apple's rules, restoration may be available through Apple's supported mechanisms. Consumable items are generally not restorable unless Apple or applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, designs, layout, graphics, interfaces, text, trademarks, logos, and other content owned by us or our licensors, is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except for the limited license granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by the Uodix Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion where account deletion is supported. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, remove your content, limit your entitlements, or take other action if you violate these terms, create risk for users or systems, misuse safety tools, engage in fraud, or if continued access is not appropriate for legal, operational, or security reasons.

Termination or suspension does not limit any rights or remedies available to us under law or equity. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections related to safety enforcement, purchases, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute-related matters, and records retention.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that the service will always be secure or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the service after the updated terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
